XLPE cables (Cross Linked Polyethylene) through dry cure process:
The production of XLPE cables was commenced in 1979 in collaboration with Kabel Mettal, West Germany.
Types of cables

• Single core aluminium / copper conductor, XLPE insulated, unscreened, unarmoured, (but non-magnetic metallic tape covered), PVC sheathed overall 3.3 KV Voltage grade.
• Single core, aluminium / copper conductor, XLPE insulated, screened, unarmoured, PVC sheathed overall upto 33 KV Voltage grade.
• Single core, aluminium / copper conductor, XLPE insulated, screened, armoured (non-magnetic), PVC sheathed overall upto 33 KV Voltage grade.
• 3 core aluminium / copper conductor, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC inner sheathed, armoured and outer sheathed overall upto 33 KV Voltage grade.
• Single core aluminium / copper conductor, XLPE insulated, screened, armoured (non-magnetic) or unarmoured, lead sheathed or poly-Al taped moisture barrier, PVC or PE sheathed overall for 66 KV Voltage grade.

PILC Cables (Paper Insulated lead sheathed ) upto 33 KV:
The production of PILC was started in 1962 in collaboration with M/S Hackbridge cables, UK.
Types of cables

• Single core aluminium / copper conductor, paper insulated, screened or unscreened, lead sheathed, armoured (non-magnetic) or unarmoured, PVC / fibrous bedded and PVC / fibrous served overall.
• Three core, aluminium / copper conductor, paper insulated, screened or unscreened, lead sheathed, armoured, PVC / fibrous bedded and PVC / fibrous served overall.
